Amber Williams, CFA, is the Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer, and Head of Client Investment Strategies at Lincoln Financial Group, where she plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Her responsibilities include enhancing the environmental impact of company operations, advocating ESG integration across business areas, and promoting a sustainability mindset throughout the enterprise. Since joining Lincoln in 2019, Williams has notably expanded the Client Investment Strategies team, developing a distinguished thought leadership program that leverages Lincoln’s unique multi-manager platform to support the company’s business lines.
Before joining Lincoln, Williams made significant strides in the investment management field as a Head of Product Management. In this capacity, she helped improve support and regulatory compliance across investment products. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, and holds Series 6, Series 7, and Series 24 securities licenses. A member of the CFA® Society of Philadelphia, Williams’ leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in Lincoln Financial Group’s commitment to sustainable business practices and client investment success.
