Dave Alison, CFP®, EA, BPC, is an accomplished wealth manager and entrepreneur with a passion for holistic wealth management.

In 2023, Dave was named to the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 list for his accomplishments, contributions, leadership, and promise. Dave also was a winner of a ThinkAdvisor LUMINARIES award in the Thought Leadership and Education category for his work at C2P. In 2024, he was named a finalist for Advisor of the Year (Regional West) by InvestmentNews, and a “Wealthies” award finalist for Thought Leader of the Year by WealthManagment.com for his efforts at Prosperity Capital Advisors.

As President and Founding Partner of C2P, Dave has been responsible for helping drive the enterprise towards a collective vision of simplifying financial planning for 1 billion people worldwide.

Dave is engaged across all aspects of the enterprise, accountable for C2P’s enterprise platform, consisting of a corporate RIA, insurance platform, talent development platform, and marketing agency. He is focused on leading the RIA platform, Prosperity Capital Advisors, and helping PCA’s investment advisor representatives grow their business and support their ultra-high net worth clients.

In addition to his role at C2P, Dave is the Founder & CEO of Alison Wealth Management, an ensemble holistic wealth management firm with offices in Palo Alto, CA, Charleston, SC, and Atlanta, GA. Alison Wealth Management was built on all the foundational business model and processes developed by C2P and serves high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients across the county.

Dave has consistently proven to be a wealth of knowledge and skill for his clients and other advisors throughout his career, earning recognition for his skill and dedication in the financial services industry. As a member of the Million Dollar Round Table’s Top of The Table, Financial Planning Association®, and The National Association of Enrolled Agents, and Entrepreneurs Organization, Dave is committed to exceptional client service and improving the financial industry.

Dave and his wife, Alana, live just outside of Charleston, South Carolina; they are the proud parents to three beautiful daughters.

Jennifer Mackert is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer for C2P Enterprises. She is driven to manage operations to provide exceptional service to our advisors and increase company performance. She has an extensive background, including over 25 years in the industry focused on portfolio management, client service, and corporate operations. This experience is complemented by her educational background, including an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

Before joining C2P, Jennifer spent a good portion of her career at McDonald Investments and Key Private Bank. During this tenure, she worked in several departments within the operations group, served on investment committees, and managed money within the portfolio management group. Within that role, she managed portfolios totaling more than $100 million. Jennifer also worked with a regional investment consulting group, assisting high-net-worth families with managing their assets.

More recently, and prior to C2P’s founding, Jennifer worked with JL Smith Wealth & Tax Planning. During this portion of her career, she helped develop several key processes available through C2P Enterprises and Clarity 2 Prosperity.

Furthermore, Jennifer has served as an adjunct finance professor at Baldwin Wallace University and Tiffin University, where she shared her knowledge and experiences with the next generation of business leaders. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and watching Cleveland sports in her free time. She is involved with her community’s athletic and swim boosters and various charitable organizations.

New Entity Offers Access to Comprehensive Training, Coaching and Turnkey Processes to Industry

Cleveland, OhioMarch 16, 2017  – Clarity 2 Prosperity announces the launch of its fee-only training organization. This new entity offers financial advisors access to comprehensive training, coaching and mentoring as well as turnkey financial planning, innovative operations and marketing processes. These valuable resources will be available to all financial advisors, regardless of their corporate affiliations.

“We’ve heard from numerous advisors and institutions who craved the robust training we’ve developed in programs such as holistic planning and The Bucket Plan® Best Interest Planning Process. Unfortunately, our previous structure limited our programs to financial professionals who were already associated with the Clarity brands,” says Jason L Smith, Founder and CEO of Clarity 2 Prosperity. “Now, all advisors—whether they work for an institution, are independent, or are licensed through other third parties—can tap into our programs and processes for a fee. In addition, we have also opened our programs to institutions who desire turnkey training for their advisor force.”

Over the past year, Smith has had direct lines of communication with the DOL and SEC and has gained the insight needed to get in front of upcoming legislative changes.
